Notes to the rental rates
£100 non-returnable deposit secures
the booking, balance to be paid no less than six weeks before the
booking period. Discount available for long-term lets. The rental
rates include cleaning and laundry. Bookings made within 6 weeks will
require full payment at time of booking. The Usual changeover day
is Saturday, however other days are acceptable, subject to availability.
Longer stays may be arranged, subject to availability, with extra
days being charged at a pro rata daily rate. The property will be
available from 2.00 p.m. on arrival day and must be vacated by 10.00
a.m. on day of departure to allow for cleaning but may be negotiable
depending on availability. £20 additional charge for parties
of more than 4 people to cover additional laundry charge.

is situated in a quiet residential area in the Spanish Costa
Blanca, a 15-minute walk from the Villamartin Plaza, 40 miles
south of Alicante and 10 miles south of Torrevieja

one twin bedroom and a bed settee. There is a fully equipped
kitchen along with utility room, bathroom, dining/sitting
room complete with new, updated digital, satellite TV and
video and the apartment is set in it's own private garden
with front terrace and rear patio. The apartment has air conditioning,
a bed settee and a selection of videos, CD's, children's games,
books and jigsaw puzzles. Property managers are available
on site for help/advice. We can also help with car rental
and/or transport to/from the airport
